Each year, when the local slopes shed their winter coat and the days grow longer, Pajarito Mountain transforms into a festive summer playground, with a base elevation of about nine thousand feet and summit of more than ten thousand feet.

Pajarito Mountain Ski Area is only a fifteen-minute drive from downtown Los Alamos, New Mexico.
